Walk down to the beach and restaurants in about 3 minutes. The kitchen has all to make yourself a perfect breakfast. The cappuccino / coffee machine grinds the beans fresh. The TV and radio streams international stations and has a huge media library of movies and concerts. There are blankets to make yourself cozy outside in fresher evenings. You will love to have a sundowner on the terrace with spectacular views day and night. You have free highspeed Wi-Fi from fibre. The maximum capacity is four persons. The entire house runs under solar power with 20kWh storage and two inverters, which makes it 100% independent from the supplier. You are not effected by „loadshedding“. Only stove and aircons of the TopDeck can not be run on battery.
